Shipping Policy
At Third Space Tea, we strive to ensure a delightful tea shopping experience for our customers.
All orders to be shipped are processed within 3 business days. We utilize UPS as our shipping partner.
Shipping is based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that shipping charges are calculated from the subtotal of your order, AFTER any discounts or coupons are applied.
*If you place an order on Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
Shipping to an APO or a US territory All US shipping rates and rules apply.
When placing your order, use the appropriate "Armed Forces" option ("Americas", "Europe" or "Pacific"from the "State" drop down menu, and type the correct postal code in the "Zip / Postal Code" field.
How long will it take to receive my tea?
For orders shipped within the U.S., to US Territories, or to APOs, you should receive your tea within 3-5 business days from the date the order was shipped. *Arrival times may vary during the holidays.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Unfortunately, due to the current tariff situation, shipping outside of the US and it's territories is cost prohibitive. When we can offer international shipping without everyone involved paying unreasonable amounts of money, we will.
Return & Exchange Policy
We always try to provide the highest quality products, but if there is a defect in any product from us we will happily replace it or refund your money. However, we can not refund money or accept a return on tea purchases unless the heat-sealed closure is still intact.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on tea simply because you didn't like the flavor. Therefore, we strongly recommend reading the description carefully and purchasing the minimum amount of a new tea before purchasing a large quantity. If you have any questions, please send us an email.
We do require a receipt for all returns. All returns must be done within 45 days of the purchase date.
