The raw materials for this cake were picked in the spring of 2023 and pressed into cakes in January 2024.
In terms of taste, it is still a young raw pu'er, with the astringent notes still there, but the sweetness returns quickly It can also brew many steeps.
A great cake to pick up for some further aging, or delicious to brew right now.
Sold as a 357 gram pressed cake.
