Inspired by the famous "Yue Guang Bai" or Moonlight White style white tea from Yunnan, these buds and leaves are dried in bamboo baskets without heat outdoors on breezy days to quickly lock in the rich flavor of the tea as it tastes picked fresh from the tree.

This tea was produced in the Spring of 2022, and is great for brewing now, or setting back for some aging.
