This Yunnan version of the popular "silver needles" is made from buds of the region's large-leaf trees, the same varietal used for pu'er. This results in a fuller body, richer sweetness, and more robust character compared to the delicate, subtle style of usual Fujian style.
This tea was produced from the March 2025 harvest, from old-growth trees in Baiying's high elevation forests in Lincang.
Sold in 25 gram packs or 100 gram packs.
